Ok I have make any userbars (sry for my bad english) here is it(shawn, drew, lucas):

You should remove those green/blue (?) pixels around his head.

Other than that - nice userbars!

The problem I see in your userbars is that there is absolutely no anti-aliasing*. The faces' borders as well as any images on the right are not integrating too well. Would be better if you could smoothen the edges. Also, there is a convention in userbars. Here are some information about user bars:
Quote: * 350 Pixel width
* 19 Pixel height
* semi-transparent stripes from bottom-left to top-right (45°)
* Font: 'Visitor TT2 (BRK)' (white with 12Pt (13px), black stroke of 1px, not bold, no anti-alias)
* PNG for good quality, GIF for animations

What are userbars?

Userbars are small rectangular graphics, which you can use in your forum signature, to express your personality and interests.
