The download version is out:

As it supposed to be - only for Windows and I could not run it from Linux (maybe other distribution will allow it to run - I use Debian).

It should have sound like in LF, Like when selecting a character or something.

You know that this is an alpha version and Marti is first gonna perfect the engine and the main portion of the game (chars, network, ...), before he adds in small extra stuff like that?

I'm glad to see an official Downloadable version. I wouldn't always want to go onto the net to play this.
The downside is, of course, it doesn't update automatically on your hard drive, so you'll need to download the new version again... (or am I mistaken?)
