do you even KNOW what the difference between a thief, robber and burglar is?
robber-one who steals from people even at the cost of violence (highway robbery, stand and deliver)
thief-one who sneaks in and steals by stealth, without the owner's knowledge.
burglar is exactly the same as a thief (to my knowlege) so it's pretty useless having it as an option.

I think this has no real purpose... it's a discussion- albeit a stupid one-, not a forum game. I say put it in disposal

Well no, a burglar breaks into a house without the owner's knowledge, a thief doesn't neccessarily steal from one's home, but also from yourself (like your wallet in your pocket)

This whole thread misses the point, I mean, "Who's better:" and then a list of some criminal types.

1) What's the definition of "better", and how should criminals be "good"
2) You didn't even exactly tell us what you want to achieve with this poll.

So yeah, if you (Leo) can't explain why you made this thread, --> disposal. (This fits even less in Forum Games than in a discussion forum though.)

i made this thread to know who's better by this forum's member.

you aren't explaining inhowfar you mean "better". Better in what? In being criminals? In dealing damage? In stealing things? In getting caught? etc.
