1. seems facebook grows far more faster than yahoo group, so I may concentrate more on promoting facebook group. yahoo group is for polling or other stuff only.
2. by reading few days statistics on HF's traffic, I am consider to make new characters first before making the network mode

i think online is a bit too soon since characters will need to be updated/ balanced first.
